• The above rates are on a per room per night basis.
• Government Service Tax (currently 4.95%) is not included and will be charged on the total invoice amount
• Rates mentioned above are applicable only for the period 8 - 12 May 2008 (check in & check out dates) for above show. Early stays and extensions are subject to availability & at different rates/rooms tariff.
• Do advise your preferred room type, eg: Single, Large-bedded Double, Twin (separate)-bedded double, Non-smoking
• Room check-in / checkout time is 12 noon . If arriving late night / early morning, the same has to be booked from the previous night for immediate occupancy
• Daily buffet breakfast/set breakfast menu is included in room rate, any other meals are not included. They may be included upon request.
• Rooms have to be booked by submitting 01 night payment upon confirmation of availability of rooms through either of the three modes of payment specified in Hotel Accommodation/Tour Booking Form
• Rooms are available strictly on a first-come-first-served basis and will be confirmed only on advance/deposit amount
• All taxes (service tax / hotel luxury tax) are Government mandated and may change / increase / decrease. The tax structure applicable during event dates to apply.
