Terms and Conditions regarding accommodation

CPAI - buffet breakfast and hotel taxes included.
The above rates are on a per room per night basis.
Rates mentioned above are applicable only for the period Nov 26 - 28 2008 (check in & check out dates) for above show. Early stays and extensions are subject to availability & at different rates/rooms tariff.
Advise your preferred room type at the time of booking, eg: Single, Large-bedded Double, Twin (separate)-bedded double, Non-smoking, etc.
Room check-in / checkout time is 12 noon. If arriving late night / early morning, the same has to be booked from the previous night for immediate occupancy.
Rooms can be blocked by submitting 01 night payment upon confirmation of availability of rooms through either of the three modes of payment specified in Hotel Accommodation/Tour Booking Form.
Rooms are available strictly on a first-come-first-served basis and will be confirmed only on advance/deposit amount.
All taxes (service tax / hotel luxury tax) are Government mandated and may change - increase or decrease. The tax structure applicable during event dates to apply.
Government Service Tax (currently 3.09%) is not included and will be charged on the total invoice amount.
